Returns/Refunds

If you have encountered a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@lighthousecoffeeri.com. We have a 30-day return/refund policy. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will only refund items if they are defective or damaged.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we can only refund regularly priced items, all orders of sale items are final.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, mail your product to: Lighthouse Coffee Roasters, 375 Putnam Pike Unit #13, Smithfield RI 02917.
