A small island in Narragansett Bay, Prudence Island is the definition of rest and relaxation. So it only seemed fitting to name our decaf coffee after the island's lighthouse– Sandy Point. Ready to be enjoyed any time of the day, this coffee has a mild acidic body with notes of vanilla, honey, and toasted marshmallow. A perfect pairing to campfire s'mores during those Rhode Island summers on the island.

Brewing Methods & Ratios

We know there can be a lot of information out there when it comes to brewing coffee. So we wanted to make it easier for you! Here are some of our go-to brewing methods and ratios to make brewing your favorite cup simpler.

Pour Over: 1 oz medium to medium-fine grounds to 16oz water. Brewing temperature between 190-205 degrees

Drip Coffee: 1:16 ratio. 2.5 oz coffee per pot

Cold Brew: 1:6 ratio for concentrate. 4oz coffee to 24oz water. Dilute concentrate with water at a 1:1 or 1:2 depending on how strong you like it.

French Press: 1:12 ratio. 2 oz coffee to 24oz water.
